Construction Project Manager Role

Oversight and management of construction projects on-site is a key responsibility for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work on-site to ensure quality and safety standards are met, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure work environment.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to allocate resources efficiently.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Site Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  • Problem Solving: Address unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to verify work quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Fresher
  • Proficiency in construction management
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
