Job Description

Etech Energy seeks an experienced Senior Civil Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction activities for switchyard and control room projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of civil construction procedures, safety standards, and quality control. They will be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications and possess excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

The role requires the ability to manage and monitor daily site activities, including labor, subcontractors, and equipment. Conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work and identifying and resolving issues proactively are key responsibilities.

  • Supervise and coordinate civil construction works at the site, including foundation works, structures, and associated civil activities for switchyard and control room.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules, technical specifications, and safety regulations.
  • Manage and monitor daily site activities, including labor, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work; identify and resolve issues proactively.
