Site Construction Manager Job Overview

The Site Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the construction activities on site, ensuring quality control and coordinating with civil engineers and other team members. The role involves regular site inspections, managing project schedules and addressing any issues that arise during the construction process.

As a key member of our project team, the Site Construction Manager will work closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate construction activities on site
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards
  • Coordinate with civil engineers and other team members to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Manage project schedules and address any issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:

  • Requires experience in On-Site management and Structural Engineering
  • Effective communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in Quality Control processes is required
  • Able to work collaboratively with Civil Engineers
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary
  • Sustainable and context-sensitive design experience is desirable
