Civil Engineering Expert

As a seasoned Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing civil construction activities. This encompasses structural work, erection tasks, and project execution on site.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising project stakeholders, contractors, and engineers to achieve strategic objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Diligently identify critical project areas and prioritize tasks to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations, fostering a culture of excellence and responsibility.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve on-site challenges promptly, leveraging your expertise to drive results.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Or
  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to oil & gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in structural and erection work related to industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of resource estimation, project scheduling, and quality control processes.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety standards and environmental regulations in the industry.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and resolve technical issues effectively.
