Job Title: Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of the estimating department, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates for various construction projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience with cost estimation software, including Bluebeam, OST, and Plan Swift.
  • You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of cost estimation are thoroughly covered.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
