
Compliance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Developer to join our Retirement Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-complex testing research and reporting, as well as ensuring all activities are completed within the allotted timeframe.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other operations groups to ensure follow-up testing activities are completed on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining and analyzing process queue status and reports as assigned.
Additionally, you will participate in regular team meetings to transfer information to associates and handle query resolution for new hires in the group as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the US Retirement Compliance Domain
- Hands-on experience with research in Relius suite of products
- Strong understanding of financial services industry concepts and terminology, especially in Retirement and DC
- Prior Compliance Testing knowledge and transition experience is essential
- Hands-on experience in handling Queue management
- Well-versed with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
