Exit Interview Specialist Role

We are seeking an Exit Interview Specialist to manage the exit process of employees, conduct structured interviews, and gather feedback to improve retention and workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Employee Exits: Oversee the group mailbox and SharePoint for incoming requests and update the respective tool with employee responses.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews: Schedule and conduct exit interviews with departing employees, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring objective discussions.
  • Liaise with Teams: Collaborate with Ethics and Compliance teams on ethics-related concerns.
  • Report Transactions: Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports of all transactions processed.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of exit interview call handling.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to handle work as an individual contributor and be a team player.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Experience in handling pilot transitions/knowledge transfer exposure is highly desirable.
