Food and Beverage Operations Associate

Join our team at Accor, a world-leading hospitality group, and take on the exciting role of Food and Beverage Operations Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Food and Beverage Cost Controller in supervising the Receiving Clerk, handling food and beverage requisitions, and preparing sales analysis and standard recipe costing.
- Monitor and control non-food purchases against budget, prepare cost reports, and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Cost Control, Store rooms, and Receiving, and assist management in keeping costs to a minimum.
- Establish and maintain seamless coordination and cooperation with all departments to ensure maximum productivity and guest service.
- Respond to queries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep all personnel informed of departmental objectives and policies.
- Assist the Food and Beverage Cost Controller in supervising operational functions, including checking KOTs/BOTs and conducting spot checks.
- Submit food and beverage cost-related details to the Accounts Department.
- Submit necessary information related to food and beverage sales and cost control to the Food and Beverage Department.
- Diploma in Accounting or Finance, or a Graduate degree.
- Fresher or minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
