Healthcare Process Team Leader Position

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee our healthcare process team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals, ensuring work quality and attendance align with organizational policies and legal requirements.
- Provide coaching to team members, enabling consistent high-performance delivery.
- Identify performance-related issues, develop action plans for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate service delivery against contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
- Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates.
- Organize team meetings to ensure effective communication of relevant information, schedule, and activities.
- Stay current on internal processes, policies, and procedures, attending required manager development training.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing main functions to implement management policies.
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Managers to support programs.
- Select, train, develop, and complete performance appraisals of work groups according to the organization's policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Regularly manage team members, writing and delivering performance evaluations.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong leadership skills to develop and coach team members.
- Able to work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to lead team members, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deliverables timelines.
- Able to mentor, coach, and direct team members.
