- Analyzing data, interpreting results, using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports relating to patient engagement with content.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical analysis and data quality used in machine learning/artificial intelligence services.
- Acquiring data from primary or secondary sources, extracting datasets from relational databases, and maintaining databases/data systems that can be incorporated into our data products.
- Reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Working with management to prioritize business and information needs, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
