About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Product Manager to play a crucial role in defining and delivering cutting-edge healthcare products that address critical market needs and provide exceptional value to clients.

The ideal candidate will serve as the voice of the customer, translating complex healthcare requirements into clear, actionable user stories, and working closely with engineering teams to bring products from concept to launch within the health technology ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap: Aligning with overall business objectives and market trends to drive growth and innovation.
  2. Market needs analysis: Conduct thorough research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to gather comprehensive insights.
  3. Product backlog prioritization: Ensuring it reflects the highest value features and epics. Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
  4. Liaison between stakeholders and development team: Facilitate effective communication and manage expectations.
  5. Agile ceremonies participation: Provide guidance and clarification throughout the sprint cycle.
  6. User-centric design: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a design that meets the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
  7. Regulatory compliance: Maintain a strong understanding of relevant healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, ONC) and ensure product features are compliant.
  8. Product launches: Contribute to training materials, marketing collateral, and internal communications. Monitor product performance post-launch and identify areas for optimization.
  9. Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and impediments to product development and delivery.
