We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to support pharmaceutical products' lifecycle.
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.
  • Build and optimise automated data pipelines to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.
  • Develop interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings.
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams sharing best practices in predictive modelling and advanced SQL querying.
  • Mentor junior team members promoting analytical excellence.

Essential Criteria:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial Patient Analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions), Python (NumPy, Pandas), and data visualisation tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO datasets.
  • Experience with predictive modelling, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
