Job Opportunity: Website Copy Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Website Copy Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert to join our team at Adaan Digital Solutions. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of website copy across various clients.

Your primary focus will be on analyzing and editing website content written by our content writers to meet SEO, readability, and conversion standards. You will also provide feedback based on your findings and coach the team to improve their skills.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in writing SEO-driven content that generates leads, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with CMS/website builders such as WordPress and WIX is also desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and edit website copy to ensure it meets SEO, readability, and conversion standards.
  • Provide feedback to content writers based on findings and identify areas for improvement.
  • Couch the team on content development best practices and trends.
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality content is delivered to clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in content management and/or quality assurance of website copy/content.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO techniques and content development best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with CMS/website builders such as WordPress and WIX.
  • Bachelor's degree in Literature or Mass Communication.
