We are seeking an experienced Financial Review Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading global process improvements, ensuring consistent service delivery across towers and units, and implementing effective end-to-end solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance to global procedures and operating methodologies in the transactional area and refine them on an ongoing basis.
  2. End-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with hands-on experience in SAP finance modules to guide the service provider in improving operational efficiency.
  3. Understand vendor management principles and focus on improving vendor-related metrics.
  4. Identify opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using robotics process automation (RPA) solutions.
  5. Review and revise global standard operating procedures (SOPs) to align with improved processes and practices.
  6. Ensure consistent levels of service delivery by engaging with units and reviewing key performance metrics.
  7. Define and update risk and control matrices (RACMs), resolve audit findings, and support internal and external audit teams.
Requirements
  • Qualified accountant with at least 5 years of experience in F&A, preferably with exposure to operational finance.
  • Semi-qualified accountant with minimum 8 years of accounting and finance experience, preferably with PTP/RTR knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills, including non-positional influencing and remote team management.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting principles and procedures.
  • Internal accounting standards knowledge.
  • Proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • English proficiency.
