Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy:
- Develop a personalized outreach strategy to engage potential clients and buyers through curated engagement strategies.
- Research and identify high-alignment industry professionals and institutions for partnerships and collaborations.
- Explore national and international galleries, design fairs, and cultural institutions for strategic placement efforts.
- Initiate conversations with relevant departments and curators for museum acquisitions and collaborations.
- Manage and respond to sales inquiries, nurturing relationships with potential clients, collectors, curators, and collaborators.
- Brand Custodianship:
- Ensure brand strategy is translated to all touchpoints, working closely with external consultants and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative teams to decide on exhibitions, awards, and fairs that align with our brand narrative and growth vision.
- Position our studio in prestigious contexts – forging our path in luxury without clichés.
- Work closely with communications partners to ensure messaging consistency and elevate our presence in the design and art worlds.
What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or brand strategy — ideally in design, art, fashion, or luxury.
- Deep appreciation for collectible design, craftsmanship, and the intersection of culture and commerce.
- Strong global awareness of galleries, fairs, and institutions; existing networks in the design/art world are a plus.
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with high-value clients, collaborators, and stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, strategy, and detail.
- Confident communicator and brand representative — both online and in person.
- Independent, proactive, and excited to grow alongside a small, passionate team.
