Job Title: Data Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced data integration professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL architecture.

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM Datastage and Talend.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot issues in data pipelines.
  • Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  • Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation tasks.
  • Implement best practices for data integration, security, and governance.
  • Monitor and maintain ETL jobs and ensure timely data availability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in ETL development using IBM Datastage and Talend.
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience with data quality, data profiling, and metadata management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for ETL deployments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
