Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team.
As a junior specialist, you will play a key role in project delivery and operations within our business sub-capability.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica or equivalent tools.
Write and optimize R and Python scripts for data transformation, cleansing, and automation.
Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage and execute projects effectively.
Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in ETL and data integration roles.
Proficiency in R scripting and Python scripting.
Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
Solid understanding of SDLC principles and software engineering best practices.
Exposure to Agile methodologies and traditional Waterfall project execution.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
