Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Specialist to join our team. As a junior specialist, you will play a key role in project delivery and operations within our business sub-capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data integration solutions using Informatica or equivalent tools.
  • Write and optimize R and Python scripts for data transformation, cleansing, and automation.
  • Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to extract, transform, and load data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in ETL and data integration roles.
  • Proficiency in R scripting and Python scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server databases.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC principles and software engineering best practices.
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and traditional Waterfall project execution.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
