Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Building Information Modelling (BIM) to oversee the development and implementation of BIM strategies on our projects.

This key role will be responsible for ensuring high-quality BIM deliverables, driving automation processes, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies across select projects.
  • Establish processes, methods, and design guidelines for BIM/CAD projects.
  • Lead project staff and develop project-related processes for BIM implementation.
  • Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Create opportunities for implementing new digital approaches on projects.
  • Implement quality procedures and ensure accountability.
  • Resolve resource, scope, and budget-related issues.

Key Skills:

  • BIM tools: Autodesk REVIT, Navisworks Manage, ACC/BIM 360, Civils 3D.
  • AUTO CAD for drawing linkage and cleanup.
  • Interoperability between software used for discipline tasks.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in BIM implementation and management.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, CDE.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong working relationship with UK-based clients.
  • Contribution/experience in automation, digital initiatives, or sustainability.
