Civil Infrastructure BIM Expert

This role involves collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows into project lifecycles. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed and conceptual design drawings/models for civil infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
BIM Responsibilities:
• Produce detailed and conceptual design drawings/models for civil infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate BIM workflows into project lifecycles.
• Develop, implement, and enforce BIM/CAD standards, templates, and best practices across projects.
• Maintain and optimize software templates (Revit, Civil3D, etc.) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Automate repetitive tasks (e.g., annotation, schedule generation) to enhance productivity and reduce errors.
• Conduct quality control checks on all deliverables to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
Technical Skills:
• Advanced expertise in Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and MicroStation.
• Experience with CDE platforms (e.g., BIM360, Acc) is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
Key Competencies & Qualifications:
• Education: Diploma or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering (Bachelors preferred).
• Certification: Recognized BIM qualification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BSI BIM Level 2).
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on BIM experience in civil/infrastructure projects, with at least 2 years in a senior coordination role.
