Job Purpose:

  • To enhance membership compliance at the exchange, ensuring a seamless work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new membership applications, monitor ongoing compliance and handle membership terminations.
  • Scrutinize membership documents including legal agreements and financial statements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Address member queries regarding membership rules and regulations providing detailed information as required.
  • Prepare notes for seeking approval on membership status changes such as shareholding or promoter holding patterns.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Chartered Accountancy (CA), Cost Accounting (CMA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputable institution.

Experience:

  • Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in securities capital markets financial services mutual funds or insurance companies.

Required Skills:

  • Proactive result-driven individual with excellent analytical communication skills
  • Strong execution capabilities ability to share knowledge and develop best practices
  • Satisfy company and national regulatory standards
  • Proficiency in MS Office advanced Excel skills preferred
  • Self-motivated able to collaborate with large teams
