Deputy Manager Job Summary

Assume a pivotal role as Deputy Manager, overseeing membership compliance and driving team excellence in a seamless work environment.

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for scrutinizing and processing applications for change in director, screening all applications related to change in director details, maintaining records, updating control sheets, and following up with members via mail and phone calls.

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to support the team in achieving a no-error work environment while performing activities related to membership compliance. Your meticulous approach will ensure that all applications are processed efficiently and effectively, meeting the prescribed TAT.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Scrutinizing and processing shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm.
  • Keeping records, updating control sheets, and following up with members via mail and phone calls.

Key Result Areas:

Change in Director's Details:

  • Process applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Screen all applications related to change in director details, change in SHP/DPG, Directors, and Transfer of membership.

Change in Shareholding/DPG Pattern/Change in Constitution/Re-constitution of Partnership Firm:

  • Process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm.
  • Keep records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.

Change in Name of Member Entity and Change in Member Office Address:

  • Process applications as per norms and update SEBI Portal.
  • Process such applications without errors within prescribed TAT. Update member names and addresses in CRM databases as per member requests and update other departments.

Closure of Alerts in Trackwizz Application, Maintaining Monthly Database, and MIS/Collation of Data for SEBI/Internal Department:
