Job Title: Strategic Project Lead

About the Role:

  • We seek an experienced professional to oversee and deliver large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • The successful candidate will assume overall responsibility for project delivery, collaborating closely with technical stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate technical discussions and communicate technical trade-offs to client stakeholders.
  2. Presents/explains technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
  3. Defines project plan, KRAs, and processes in collaboration with project stakeholders.
  4. Communicates project status and structure across the Project Management team and necessary departments.
  5. Manages day-to-day progress of projects, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  6. Conducts project reviews according to prescribed process/structure.
  7. Serves as subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  8. Participates in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing highly complex, large-scale strategic IT and business initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solution delivery.
  • Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding/experience executing projects in multiple areas, such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT/Embedded, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
