Program Service Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead and develop high-performing teams who will engage with senior Americans on land tours in South India and Sri Lanka.

  • Responsibilities include hiring, training, and driving performance of team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop plans to staff all departures with high-performing team members.
  • Lead team meetings and training sessions, both in-office and on-the-road.
  • Ride along with team members during tours to provide coaching and support.
  • Plan and lead annual trainings and mini-trainings to support excellence goals.
  • Assign team members based on past performance and company needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing individual and team performances.
  • A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-known about South India and Sri Lanka.
  • Demonstrated success in making tough decisions and taking risks.
  • Excellent verbal and written command of English language.
