Job Overview

As a seasoned Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions. This strategic position requires a deep understanding of architecture needs across multiple business units and the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the AI development team, conducting research on the best AI models and solutions, and developing proofs of concept to validate AI-driven capabilities and business value. You will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and collaboration with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with the overall product vision and business strategy.

In addition, you will drive recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of AI and engineering talent to build a high-performance team aligned with organizational goals. You will define the AI architecture and technical roadmap, ensuring seamless integration into cloud-based platforms and existing systems.

This role requires a strong understanding of MLOps practices for continuous training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring of AI models. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, ethical AI practices, and internal security standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • 5+ years' of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of leading architecture solutions in the industry area
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
