Job Title: Digital Transformation Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and strategic partner to lead our clients through the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges and drive business innovation by leveraging tailored AI-driven solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, sell, and implement optimized telecom operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Solution Design & Strategy:
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and telecom needs.
    • Design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address these pain points.
  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
    • Lead consultative sales engagements, guiding clients through the AI journey from initial discovery to solution design and deployment.
  • End-to-End Project Leadership:
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
    • Work with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions that align with client objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Expertise in AI & GenAI:
    • Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends and bring deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to tailor AI/GenAI solutions that meet client needs.
  • Client Advocacy & Support:
    • Advocate for client needs within the organization.
    • Provide ongoing education and support to help clients maximize the value of AI solutions.
  • Performance Monitoring & ROI:
    • Measure the success and impact of AI/GenAI solutions for clients.
    • Provide reports and analytics to demonstrate ROI and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.
  • Experience in selling AI-driven solutions in the telecom or technology industries.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into actionable AI/GenAI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools.
  • Background in data science, machine learning engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and regulations.
