Health Transformation Sales Professional

We're seeking a skilled and driven sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you'll play a vital role in expanding our health transformation program.

About the Role:

  • Generate ₹5,00,000/month in new business revenue by handling 4–5 qualified inbound calls per day, closing at least 10 clients/month on our ₹50,000 health transformation program, and following up with leads who didn't buy the first time to recover and reset.
  • Deliver exceptional results through focused sales efforts, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with our setter and operations team to ensure seamless execution and optimize sales performance.

Success Metrics:

  • Revenue Goals: ₹5L/month minimum new revenue, 10 units/month of our
  • Call Metrics: 100+ calls/month (inbound), 10% minimum close rate

Reporting and Accountability:

  • Participate in daily morning huddles (10AM IST, Monday–Saturday)
  • Submit regular reports and maintain CRM/projections consistently

Compensation Structure:

  • Base Salary: ₹20,000/month + incentives
  • Commission: 5% commission on every sale beyond the first 5 sales (₹5,000/sale)

Earning Potential:

  • Conservative: ₹40,000/month
  • On-Track High Performer: ₹60,000–₹65,000/month
