Think Design Collaborative seeks a seasoned UX Lead to join its Hyderabad Studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to timely and quality delivery as agreed by the client
  • Manage project profitability
  • Guide team members and facilitate their learning within the organization

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of User Experience, excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills. They must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, with strong analytical and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities include raising and negotiating issues and risks with senior management, managing deliverables, and staying up-to-date with the latest achievements, best practices, and trends in design.

The successful candidate will be willing to travel for on-site project executions and open to temporary/permanent relocation within Think Design studios in India.
