About the Role

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead our paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving profitable growth through acquisition funnels and LTV-based scaling.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies on multiple performance platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
  • Own weekly client reporting and strategic reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated results.
  • Design and implement A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for budget reallocation and scaling strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following qualifications are essential for success in this role:

  • 6-9 years of experience in a performance marketing role at an agency focused on e-commerce.
  • Experience working with B2C companies and possessing excellent communication skills.
  • Proven track record of managing at least $5K+ monthly ad spend per client.
  • Ability to think beyond CTR and possess a deep understanding of ROAS, margins, and funnel bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency with Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and attribution tools.
  • Strong hands-on skills with AI tools for ad copy, audience research, or automation.
