Unlock Your Potential as a Paid Advertising Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing Affiliate Marketing programs to drive sales and lead generation;
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates/partners;
  • Optimizing campaigns for CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversions;
  • Conducting A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages;
  • Monitoring campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing actionable insights;
  • Managing advertising budgets to achieve maximum ROI;
  • Staying updated with the latest ad platform updates, trends, and best practices;

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Media Buying / PPC Campaigns;
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager & Meta Ads Manager;
  • Good understanding of Affiliate Marketing networks, tracking platforms, and payout models (CPA, CPL, CPS, CPM);
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel tracking, and Conversion Optimization;
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting;
  • Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint certifications will be a plus;
