Job Title: Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled digital advertising specialist to lead our day-to-day Meta advertising operations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience driving Facebook Ads Manager campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup and Optimization: Manage daily campaign setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization in Facebook Ads Manager to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development: Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and placements for effective campaign execution.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Budget Management: Effectively manage budgets to ensure campaigns remain ROI-driven.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Meta Ads best practices, trends, and policy changes.
Requirements
  • Meta Ads Experience: Proven experience in Meta Ads campaign execution (minimum 2 years).
  • Facebook Ads Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • Multitasking: Able to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and reporting skills.
