Senior Manager - Program & Project Management

Experience: 10.5 – 13 years

Notice Period details: 30 days

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time within scope and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress adjusting as needed to meet objectives.
  • Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering Computer Science or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies Agile Waterfall etc.
  • Proficiency in project management tools eg MS Project JIRA Trello Asana.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing remote or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
