Job Title: Sales Territory Manager
Role Overview:The Sales Territory Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth in assigned territories by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Management: Develop and manage financial plans to drive revenue growth, monitor sales team performance, and analyze sales data to inform strategy adjustments.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement innovative sales strategies tailored to the assigned territory, focusing on customer needs and market trends.
- Territory Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, collect feedback, and report findings to the organization.
- Dealer Network Development: Establish and maintain a vast network of dealers, ensuring good relationships and driving business growth.
- Operations Management: Develop efficient distribution networks, secure sales contracts, and create promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Team Development: Review and monitor team member performance, provide developmental support, and recommend training to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
