Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a sales pipeline within the Asia-Pacific region for food safety and agricultural business units.

  • Develop strategic relationships with key customers to elevate their status as top accounts
  • Balance face-to-face interactions with transactional activities to achieve optimal results
  • Collaborate with business units to deliver strategic projects and achieve set objectives
  • Design and execute sales plans and forecasts tailored to the territory or program, taking into account local market needs and expectations, and working closely with marketing teams to develop targeted strategies
  • Proven expertise in territory management, account planning, and sales execution
  • Maintain accurate sales administration using CRM software and ensure seamless data management
Key Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited institution
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the food or TIC industries, with a strong background in targeted territory management
  • Deep understanding of account planning and territory execution
  • Excellent selling skills and proficiency in product portfolios
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and systems, specifically Salesforce
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to manage forecast accuracy and travel regularly
