Job Title: Tier-1 Support Specialist

What You'll Be Doing:

This role involves handling customer inquiries related to products and services offered by the company.

  • Respond to multiple inbound calls or chats, gathering and verifying required information as appropriate.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting steps according to the situation and coordinate with other departments when needed.
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Basic knowledge about different troubleshooting ideas is necessary.
  • Obtain all required information and relay it to other departments as per protocol.
  • Be open and responsive to coaching, take an active role in performance planning and goal setting.
  • Embrace change and be flexible in a dynamic environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
