Job Title: Relationship Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing professional to join our team as a Relationship Development Manager.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with educational institutions, promoting EdTech offerings, and driving business growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, developing new business opportunities, and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions to promote EdTech services.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Generate leads by meeting college administrators, department heads, and student representatives.
  • Distribute marketing materials to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to students on project selection, internship benefits, and career opportunities.
  • Maintain records of meetings, leads, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Gather feedback from students and institutions to improve services and offerings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or education sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at relationship-building.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is a plus.
