Service Delivery Operations Expert

This position plays a vital part in our organization, providing support to senior service delivery professionals. The job involves working on tasks of limited complexity and gaining experience of service desk processes.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with other team members in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering operational quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers services according to the Service Delivery scope to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- SUPPORTS DELIVERY OF PROCUREMENT SERVICES INTO THE BUSINESS.
- Maintains a proactive working attitude towards clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of stakeholder communities within the work perimeter.
- Understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.
- Knowledge about cross-functional work.
- Builds knowledge and experience in multiple domains of expertise.
