Job Overview

Territory Service Representatives are the backbone of our delivery network, ensuring timely and efficient service to customers across various territories.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up shipments at customer locations as per specified cut-off timings.
  • Verify if the location is serviceable before proceeding with the pickup.
  • Count and acknowledge the number of shipments with the customer on the pickup sheet.
  • Scan shipments upon return to the office and complete Rapid Entry processing.
  • Sort and categorize shipments based on priority and destination.
  • Implement bagging processes to ensure secure transportation.
  • Loading canvas bags onto vehicles for timely connection.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple pickups and deliveries.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic computer literacy for navigating our system and completing tasks.
  • Adequate knowledge of the territory and its layout for efficient navigation.
