- Build and Maintain a Strong Pipeline: Qualified HNI prospects for real estate funds.
- Client Engagement: Initial conversations with prospects to understand investment appetite and suitability.
- Educate Prospects about: Fund structure, benefits, and value proposition.
- Schedule Meetings: Senior wealth managers or investment advisors for opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on trends to identify opportunities.
- Research Investor Behavior: And preferences for tailored outreach.
- Reporting & Collaboration: Track leads, interactions, and conversion progress in CRM systems.
- Graduate/Postgraduate Degree: In finance, business, economics, or related fields.
- 1–3 Years of Experience: Lead generation, inside sales, or wealth consulting within BFSI, wealth management, or investment products.
- Exposure to Client Acquisition: Real estate or investment fund experience is beneficial.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Relationship-building skills are essential.
- Target-Driven, Persistent: Independent work capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM Tools: And financial products is required.
