Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our team. As a Deputy General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the bidding process for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors. You will work closely with our clients, government agencies, and private companies to identify relevant tenders and prepare pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tender Preparation: Responsible for preparing tenders for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors.
  • Bid Management: Proficient in end-to-end bid management/tendering for Govt. clients/PSUs, including technical write-ups, cost estimation, subcontracting, JVs, consortium, client liaisoning, and project management.
  • Tender Identification: Identifies relevant tenders from PSUs, Govt. agencies, and private companies through various resources, well-versed with bidding processes at government/GEM portals.
  • Pre-Qualification Documents: Prepares pre-qualification documents, EOI, BIDS, attends pre-bid meetings, etc.
  • Clients Relations: Maintains excellent professional relations with clients and coordinates with central functions for bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.).
  • Execution Team Coordination: Coordinates with the Execution team and maintains relationships with all external parties for bidding jobs.
  • Liaisoning and Correspondence: Liaisons and performs day-to-day correspondence along with legal contractual correspondences with customers.
  • MIS Reports: Generates relevant MIS reports/tender tracking updates.
  • Order Booking Targets: Achieves order booking targets from Tenders.
  • Documentation and Credentials: Maintains documentation and correspondence of BD activities and updates credentials on a regular basis.
  • Business Sales Forecasting: Performs business sales forecasting.
  • New Empanelment: Ensures new empanelment and renewal of existing ones with PSU and other agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and regulations.
