Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Professional to join our team as Deputy General Manager of Finance. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about financial leadership, strategic planning, and team management.

  • Financial Control & Reporting:
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports that meet statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure the integrity of the General Ledger (GL) and all financial transactions.
  • Monitor internal controls and compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Lead the FP&A team in delivering financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions that support business growth and decision-making.
  • Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, including variance analysis, cost analysis, and profitability analysis.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify opportunities for efficiency and optimization.
  • Support long-term financial planning and investment analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidates Profile:
  • A Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-15 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Deep expertise in fundraising, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), statutory, internal, tax, and cost audits.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
