Job Title: Financial Operations Director

About the Position:

  • We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Director to oversee our accounts receivable and payable teams.
  • This role involves leading day-to-day operations, managing cash flow, and ensuring timely payment from customers.
  • You will collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes and issues.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team of accounts receivable clerks or specialists, providing guidance and performance evaluations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing AR and AP Operations:
    • Owning the complete end-to-end AR/O2C Process.
    • BUILDING STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.
    • Collaborating with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer disputes.
  • Analysis - Revenue and AR:
    • Developing effective credit and collections policies.
    • Maintaining cash flow and identifying potential risks.
    • Creating strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
  • Reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports.
    • Providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
    • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of work experience in a business-to-business setup.
  • Experience in IFRS/Ind-AS is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE:

  • Chartered Accountant with Big Four experience.
