Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Membership Compliance: You will be responsible for scrutinizing and processing applications for change in director as per Exchange/SEBI norms.
  • Screening Applications: You will screen all applications related to change in director details, change in SHP/DPG, Directors and Transfer of membership.
  • Maintaining Records: You will maintain accurate records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.
Main Tasks Include:
  • Scrutinizing Shareholding/DPG Pattern Constitution/Re-constitution of Partnership Firm: You will scrutinize and process shareholding/DPG pattern constitution/re-constitution of partnership firm.
  • Keeping Records: You will keep accurate records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via email and phone calls.
Closing Alerts and Maintaining Database:
  • Closure of Alerts: You will close alerts in Trackwizz Application.
  • Maintaining Monthly Database and MIS/Collation of Data: You will maintain monthly database and collate data for SEBI/Internal Department.
Requirements:
  • Experience: You should have 3-4 years of experience in securities/Capital market, financial services, mutual funds or insurance companies.
