Sotrue is reimagining glow as a feeling by creating effortless, everyday skincare–makeup hybrids designed for various skin tones, climates, and lifestyles. We seek an experienced influencer marketing professional to drive initiatives that showcase our beauty products in the market.
Job Description- Develop and execute tailored influencer marketing strategies for Sotrue's beauty categories.
- IDentify and manage influential content creators who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute targeted campaigns around product launches, seasonal events, and ongoing initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Demonstrated success in managing impactful influencer campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, creator trends, and social media-first strategies.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with influencer tools and campaign analytics.
- Lead and scale influencer marketing efforts for a leading beauty brand.
- Direct collaboration with a high-caliber leadership team.
- Ownership of strategy & execution in a high-impact role.
