Job Title: Beauty Leader

About the Role:

As a Beauty Leader, you will oversee the Beauty Department, drive service sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will be responsible for achieving key objectives and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding beauty, derma & product targets.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and renew services to maximize revenue opportunities.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service standards. Conduct client consultations, resolve concerns, and ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.

Operations & Compliance:

  • Maintain adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
  • Effectively manage product consumption and stock levels.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries.

Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor team performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances.

Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services with proven ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Client-centric with flexibility to handle shifts, relocations, and promotional duties.

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in a leadership role within the beauty industry.
  • Relevant degree/Diploma in Cosmetology / Beauty Therapy / BDS + Cosmo.
