Job Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Professional located in South Delhi, India. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Professional will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
