This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Professional located in South Delhi, India. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Professional will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Troubleshooting problems and escalating complex cases to relevant departments
- Maintaining accurate customer records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Experience in handling Customer Experience and interacting with Customer Service Representatives
- Experience in the healthcare industry is advantageous
