Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional service support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing service spares and inventory, and coordinating with internal departments to meet service replacement delivery timelines.

You will work closely with our technical support teams to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Your strong communication skills and ability to analyze complex problems will enable you to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills by mentoring and guiding junior team members. You will also be responsible for collecting and analyzing competitor information data to stay ahead of industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in after sales of Solar / Energy / Power products
  • Knowledge of power products such as UPS, inverters, solar batteries, and solar panels
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
