**Job Title:** Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled interior designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design. You should have a strong grasp of spatial planning and architectural detailing, as well as excellent technical skills including proficiency in SketchUp, Twinmotion, D5, and Lumion for producing high-quality visualizations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. They will also possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement interior design concepts that meet client needs and budget requirements
  • Work closely with clients to understand their design preferences and expectations
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Prepare comprehensive construction drawings, schedules, and technical specifications
  • Source materials, finishes, and furniture for design projects
