This is a pivotal time to join our team as we strengthen our financial leadership by onboarding a Finance Manager who will oversee end-to-end accounting and book closure activities across all three geographies. The role demands a strong foundation in accounting and international financial reporting, requiring a strategic thinker who can effectively manage core accounting functions.

  • Develop and implement an overall accounting strategy and day-to-day finance operations of the organization.
  • Manage core accounting functions including general ledger, payroll, utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Handle reconciliations related to capital assets, trust accounts, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to generate timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, policies, and procedures while maintaining a deep understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
  • Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures as per company expectations.
  • Collaborate with entire finance team and management to align with departmental and organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential qualifications for this position include:

  • A CA / CMA / ICWA qualification or semi-qualified professionals with relevant combined experience.
  • Proven experience in overseeing accounting operations and managing general ledger processes across multiple entities.
  • Solid understanding of Income Tax and GST provisions, with practical application to day-to-day transactions.
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written, with the ability to engage confidently across teams and with leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with ZOHO and Tally is essential.
  • Zoho certification required.
