Financial Operations Specialist Needed

About the Role:

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as a Financial Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, issue, and manage invoices efficiently for timely revenue collection.
  • Oversee account receivables, maintain accurate financial records, and analyze data to provide insightful financial reporting.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding payments with clients to ensure cash flow is maintained.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve billing processes and enhance overall financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA Inter / CWA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance/accounts, particularly in receivables
  • Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
